How your donation can help…

    INSTRUMENTS

    The purchasing and servicing of instruments, music stands, seats and other equipment. Some brass instruments can cost up to $25k!

    TUTORING

    Continued in-school music tutoring at Maldon Primary School, and hopefully other local primary schools in the future.

    We’re always in need of new uniforms including formal and casual attire our growing number of members. Suits, hats, shirts and ties!

    We’re slowly growing out of our current venue and Maldon Brass Band have a pipe dream to secure a new home for rehearsals.

    We have big ideas for future events including Junior Band camps, mentor days, Band excursions, tours, concerts and more!

Do you have any old brass instruments gathering dust at home?

We would be delighted to accept donations of second-hand instruments to breathe some new life into them. Having a large collection of various instruments gives our many members free rein to experiment playing their way through the entire brass section and find what instrument works best for them.

We’re also always looking for more percussion instruments… *cough* a timpani *cough* to bring the drama to our performances.
